Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Processing time usually takes around 2-3 business days. We only ship on Mondays & Tuesdays to ensure packages don't get hold up in transit over the weekend (in cases of delay)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once order is processed.

Where do you ship from/ to?

All plants are shipped from our licensed nursery based in California.

We only ship to the US. No Canada or international shipping at this time.

How are plants packed?

All live plants will be safely packed and secured. We use materials such as polyfill, cardboard, packing peanut, air pillows, and tape to ensure a safe transit.

Insulated wrap: We check destination weather before shipping. Full insulation wrap will be added for free if your local weather is over 80F or below 45F.

Heat Pack: Will be included for free if temperatures fall below 45F.

FAQs

Return or exchange?

All sales are final. No return of exchange.

We offer live arrival guarantee & securely pack each plant. However, shipping delays or damages are beyond our control and therefore we cannot be responsible for that.

We are not responsible for theft or missing packages after delivery.

Live arrival guarantee?

We guarantee live arrival with an unpacking video sent within 6 hours upon arrival, given the package arrives without transportation/weather damage or delay. Video needs to start before the box is opened.

Note: shipping could cause stress and damage to the plants, even with the most careful packaging. Minor damage to leaf/stem is sometimes unavoidable. We are not responsible for any shipping-related damage.

Cancellation Policy?

We don't allow cancellation at this time.

What medium do you ship your plants in?

We grow most of our plants in moss/perlite or fluval stratum/perlite mix.

Plants will be shipped in the medium it's currently planted in, unless otherwise stated.
