Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
To help prevent plants from sitting in transit over the weekend, orders are generally shipped Monday–Wednesday.
During new releases, sales, holidays, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be slightly delayed.
We carefully monitor weather conditions and may temporarily delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to help protect your plants.
Heat packs, insulation, or additional weather protection may be added when necessary.
We pack every plant with care and do our best to ensure they arrive healthy and happy 🌱
Since plants are living things, minor cosmetic imperfections and shipping stress may occur during transit. Small tears, bent leaves, yellowing, or minor blemishes are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Variegation patterns naturally vary from plant to plant and may change over time depending on growth and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. RarePlantBae is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, RarePlantBae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transit issues, or shipping service interruptions.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) on all plants. If your plant arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
- An unboxing video (recommended whenever possible)
Claims submitted outside the Live Arrival Guarantee window may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Approved Live Arrival Guarantee claims may be resolved with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
